Here is the condition, one king should be present at all times wherever there is a queen(s). One can not leave the queen alone. How will they cross the river?
Answer: Two kings will sit on a boat and cross the river first to reach Point B. One king will stay at Point B, and the other one will ride the boat back to Point A. He will then pick up one queen and go back to Point B. Meanwhile, two kings stayed back with three queens at Point A, thus not breaking the condition.
The same king will keep going back to pick up the queens one by one and drop them at Point B. Since there is one king present at Point B, you are still not breaking the condition of leaving the queen alone. At last, two kings will come to Point B together.

Answer
Here is a step-by-step solution to this,
# The farmer will take the chicken first and cross the river. (In this case, the fox will be left with corn, and the fox does not eat corn. So, all three will be safe)
# The farmer will come back and take the fox with him.
# He will leave the fox on the other side and bring the chicken back.
# He will then pick up the bag of corn and leave the chicken back at the place where he started.
# He will drop off the bag of corn with the fox and again come back.
# He will pick up the chicken and cross the river on his boat.
# All of them have now crossed the river and all are safe.

Answer: Here is how you can figure this out,
# Start both the hourglass at the same time you keep the egg for boiling.
# After the first seven-minute hourglass runs out of sand, turn it again to start over.
# Exactly four minutes later, the 11-minute hourglass will run out of sand. At this time, turn the seven-minute hourglass again.
# Now wait for the seven-minute hourglass to run out (of the four minutes worth of sand).
# You have boiled the egg in exactly 15 minutes.
