What is this Masterclass about?

It's true what they say- money truly does make the world go round, doesn't it? What would we do if there weren't money in the world? Better yet, if we had to use another medium of exchange, what would that be? Join us on this historic and informative adventure, as we learn about the barter system and its functioning, and engage in interesting role play to understand the purpose of money and the role it plays in society, and in the world!

The children play interesting situation games where they discover the problems of the Barter system and uncover why money came into existence. In doing so, they problem solve, creatively think and apply and gain historic knowledge about what they learn in these role-playing situational games.
