Caffeine: In most Nations, parents think that giving drinks like coffee helps in boosting concentration. But according to the facts, there is a high dose of sugar which leads to loss of energy. Further, it decreases the concentration power.

Green food: Green food gives the body some antioxidants, boosting power, brain concentration, night, and focus. Thus, from the beginning itself, parents must provide their child only green food.
