When these fractions are reduced to their simplest form, we found out that both of them have the same value but their numbers are different, therefore how can we find out that they have the same value.
So, in order to take out different equivalent fractions, all we need to do is either multiply or divide the numerator and denominator with the same number to make these two fractions equivalent to each other.
For example – We can either multiply 1/2 by the same number, i.e., by 2 to make it equal to the other number, i.e., 2/4.
Or we can divide 2/4 by 2 to make it similar to 1/2.
