Amid the chaos of COVID-19, it is very common for children and adults to feel anxious looking at the situation around them and across the globe. Moreover, the home quarantine can make people feel lonely. As every cloud has a silver lining, people should look at this as an opportunity in disguise.
It is the perfect time for adults and kids to rejuvenate themselves. While it is the perfect time to get your much needed rest, one should still follow a certain time table and instill discipline in their children. As you stick to your usual work timings, make sure that your child also follows his usual study timings. Here’s how you can plan the daily schedule of your child during quarantine:
8:30 am- Wake up to music to set tone for the day
9:00 am- Yoga to calm the mind
9:30 am- Breakfast
10:00 am- Bath time
10:30 am- Learning any art, origami or reading
11:30 am- Light snack time- can include cucumbers, tomatoes etc.
12:00 pm- Lunch
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm- TV
2:00 pm- Listen to podcasts or solve riddles
2:30 pm- Nap time

Make sure you enrol your kids for the The Real School Of Montessori workshops and make it a part of their daily schedule. This will also ensure regular learning and growth for your child and not fall back due to the shutting down of schools.
