  1. Start this asana by standing in the mountain pose. Stand straight with both the arms on either side of your body straight, keep your back straight.
  2. With your knee out, lift your right foot up.
  3. Then position that lifted right foot on the left inner thigh in a comfortable position.
  4. Join your hand above your head.
  5. Breathe, gaze, and hold the same position for 30 seconds or more.
  6. Return the hands to their position and lower your leg.
  7. Repeat with your left leg.
